There are so many words to say,
so much gratitude to express.
I guess what I really mean,
is Grandma, you're the BEST!
Your mountains of hugs have carried me,
through some of the most uncertain times of my life.
Always, your loving hands have guided me safely,
and steered me into doing that which was right.
You mean so very much to me;
I hold you so very dear.
You have served our family with love and devotion,
and whenever I called, you were here.
You have watched me grow from childhood,
You have gently wiped away my tears.
You have inspired me by your thoughtfulness;
and I shall ever appreciate your cheer.
Your wisdom has helped me in so many ways;
Over the years, your friendship has meant a lot.
There may be other grandmothers all over this world;
but none are as special, as the one I've got.
