Good Morning, Folks !!!

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will
worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6: 34

While the outcome of today is usually determined by the choices
we make as we rise, the mood of tomorrow will be affected by
whatever we choose to carry into it from today.
We must discipline ourselves to make the right choices,
not only hour by hour, but minute by minute.
One particular day may not seem so important, but years down
the road, may be considered a stepping stone or a stumbling block.

Dwell on the Gladness

Life is too short
to dwell on my sorrows,
to harbour my grudges
in bitter tomorrows.

Life is too short
to dwell on my pain,
to play and replay
some vengeful refrain.

Life is too sweet
to waste precious minutes,
in nursing resentments,
self-righteousness in it.

Then, let me not dwell
On life's sorrow and sadness,
O Lord, let me think
of life's blessings, with gladness!

Have a safe and blessed weekend, Family.

Good Morning, Folks !!!

Special Note: I have my books here now at my home, and can
begin shipping to those who have ordered. Praise the Lord.

Thus, by their fruit, you will recognize them.
Matthew 7: 20

Faith requires that we not only act in faith, but we must speak in faith, as well.
How do you speak? Do you listen to yourself?
We cannot walk in faith, unless we talk in faith. If we talk in dread,
our faith is dead.
The spirit listens with spiritual ears to the words which flow from our lips.
As our words are received in the spirit, the manifestation process begins. Our
words shall bear either good fruit or bad fruit.
Talk in faith, and not fear and your walk will be strong in Christ,
will be effective, and you will be encouraged, and will be able to bless
someone else.

"Do not run to God and speak to Him about how big the
storm is, speak to the storm and tell it how BIG your God is."
Author unknown

Whenever I feel downhearted,
my spirit filled with doubt;
I light the candle in my heart,
and the darkness fades without.

My doubtful seeds are quickly replaced
with budding little flowers,
My heart turns into a fragrant garden,
filled with fresh and fervent prayers.

Each prayer which is spoken,
blossoms on the vine,
and my heart is opened to the Master's,
and with mine becomes intertwined.

Good Morning, Folks !!!

I will go before you and will level the mountains. . . .
Isaiah 45:2

As each of us grows older, and reflects upon the past events of our
lives, those accompanied by Our Lord Jesus are always the best.
We recall the many times we have felt His Presence, witnessed
a move of the Holy Spirit, and received answers for long awaited prayers,
at times when it felt that we were all alone.
He always keeps us close to Him, leading us, guarding us, and
protecting us, loving His children like the wonderful Father that He is.
If facing a mountain today, call upon Him, step aside, and enable
Him to go before and make the way.

Sweeter Each Day

Jesus, wonderful Shepherd and Guide,
You've been with me all of the way;
You've lived in my heart since I was a child,
and You are more precious today!

You sought me out,
a little lost lamb,
and gathered me into the fold,
and are still leading on at a gentler pace,
now that I'm growing old.

And I thank You, dear Lord,
for the rivers we've crossed,
that You never left me alone,
that Your beautiful Presence
grows sweeter each day on our way
to my Heavenly home!

Good Morning, Folks!!!

My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. . . . .
Hosea 4:6

Our faith, our hope in Christ sets us apart from those who strive
aimlessly to make some sense out of confusion, chaos, and disorder,
which are the characteristics of the world.
Those things may affect our lives in some fashion, as we walk,
but the overcoming power of Jesus Christ gives us the advantage of
triumph over whatever the world may throw upon us, simply by
clinging to our faith, our hope, and merely our knowledge of Him.
Share the knowledge which you have of Christ, so that others may
not suffer needlessly in this chaotic world.

Faith and Hope
If adversity is faced
with faith and with hope,
The problems we suffer
become smaller in scope.

If illness attacks,
we must pray for a cure,
Or the strength and the power
to quietly endure.

When the going gets rough,
and our troubles abound,
We must remember our Savior
is always around.

So, whatever the trials
or misfortune we bear,
They always seem lighter
When Our Lord is there.

Good Morning, Folks !!!

But Moses said to the Lord, "Since I speak with faltering lips, why
would Pharaoh listen to me?"
Exodus 6: 30

In the Book of Exodus, we read of how Moses, upon being called
by the Lord to approach Pharaoh, was fearful in his reply and offered
an excuse to the Lord, as to being doubtful that he would be taken
seriously.
As we are also called in our lives, we may, at first, be fearful, but
we have to determine within our hearts if the response that we give to Him,
will be originated from a spirit of fear or from the Holy Spirit fire
which is within us.
If God is calling you for a particular task, respond willingly,
obediently, and trustingly.
There is hope for the future of those who wait upon Him, who serve Him gladly.
King David was so eager to become a vessel that he volunteered to face the giant
as a mere child. He won much favor in the eyes of
God, and I believe that it was because he volunteered so willingly.
May we all volunteer just as David, whenever the needs arise.

A Second Chance
I might not have a second chance
So I'd better do today
The deeds that I've been thinking of
That would help one, in some way.

I'd better try to make amends
For thoughtless words of mine,
And right the wrong as best I can,
While there is precious time.

There may not be a second chance
For what I'd like to do,
So I'd better not procrastinate,
Then there's nothing left to rue.

The saddest words of tongue or pen,
That I can contemplate,
Are the words we often have to use,
I'm sorry, it's too late.
