For July 22, 2002

Good Morning, Folks!!

"You are My witnesses," declares the Lord,
"and My servants whom I have chosen, so that you may know
and believe Me and understand that I am He. Before Me no god was
formed, nor will there be one after Me."
Isaiah 43:10

We all realize that we are creatures of
habit. We have brought habits into our
adulthood from childhood, and sometimes,
we are not even aware that we have done
so.
Then, we enter into relationships, and marry and sometimes
those habits may clash with the inherited habits of our spouse. We either learn to
blend our habits together, or constantly struggle with the other's until it steals
away our peace.
The one true habit we need to agree upon, is the habit of walking in faith. If it
is not a habit we are accustomed to, it is a habit which we can develop and develop well.
There isn't one situation in our lives, not one, that can keep us in fear, in torment,
or in constant strife, that the habit of faith cannot destroy.
Maintain your peace by developing and perfecting a habit of faith, every day.
Take faith with you everywhere you go.

FAITH

She keeps me in the sunshine,
upon a raw and cloudy day.
She keeps me on the straight path,
as I humbly make my way.

She keeps my spirit joyful;
In my heart, she places a song.
She leads me into paths of righteousness,
upon being tempted to do wrong.

She wraps her warmth around me,
as a blanket in the night.
She keeps my spirit quiet and peaceful,
and drives away all fright.

She's a loving and gentle companion,
and she so patiently awaits.
Her name is ever precious to me;
She's called the Spirit of Faith.

physical needs, what good is it?"
