Good Morning, Folks!!!

Satisfy us in the morning with Your unfailing love,
that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Psalm 90:14

With all the rain of recent weeks, the soil has been
replenished, so that new growth
can be revived once more.
Just as we have sown our seeds into the ground,
God has planted seeds of faith in us, expecting the
showers and the storms which we encounter, to spurt
new growth in our spirits, as well.
We mustn't grumble whenever we see storm clouds gathering.
Instead, our focus can remain on Him, upon the blessing
that the storm will bring.
If we hold fast to our faith, and not become discouraged,
our faith will be rewarded.
God is more than able. Praise God.
I hope that you have a joyful and a joy-filled day today,
that the sunshine will light your pathway.

Bits of Joy

God blesses us with bits of joy,
Like flowers strewn our way,
To give us strength and courage
So we can cope with each new day.

That's why we have the sunshine,
After darkness and the rain,
And why we are given laughter,
To help ease our sorrow and pain.

The wonder of Nature around us,
All those who share our love,
And work, worth more than wealth,
are bits of joy sent from above.

Military Troops- pray for continued safety, and for favor
in finding leads to key individuals they need to interrogate.

Pray for the families of the prisoners of war, which have
been located, and for strength for each prisoner, as they return home.
Praise God for finding the seven prisoners.

Pray for the families of those, whose loved one will not be returning home.

Pray for the suicide bombings to decrease.

Pray that order will be restored among the
Iraqi people, and they will begin to all work together,
to establish a new government for
themselves. Pray for God to move upon the hearts
of these people, to bring them into
one accord, to heal.
