Good Morning, Folks!!

This is what the Lord says:
"Heaven is My throne, and the earth is My footstool" . . . . .
Isaiah 66:1

Whenever we invite the lordship of Jesus Christ to rule over our lives,
we are opening up our hearts, our minds to the leading of His calling, His
desire for us, His commands, and His ways.
As we go in prayer to His throne, we envision His majesty, His power
which is able to make grace abound to us, so that we
have faith, that we shall receive those things which we ask for.
Why, do we, then, doubt His answering our prayers, and walk about in doubt,
that He is moving, is operating, and take things into our own hands, because we
want a quicker response?
We cannot live by faith, confess faith,
and operate in this mode of belief, because it is not faith.
Sometimes, it just takes time for God to work out all the details,
for all concerned. It is plain, it is as simple as that. We are not the only
person involved, and so He has to consider all those others who are involved,
who look to Him for answers every day, just as we do. His promise for each of us
is that He will work all things out for good, for those who look to Him.
It is His commandment, that we wait upon Him, that we meditate upon His Word,
that we trust in Him, and that we realize and honor His authority, His sovereignty
in our lives.

God the Father

Out of nothingness You formed
this earth, which we call "ours",
The streams and lakes and waterfalls,
the snow, the rain, the flowers.

You made each separate season,
and the beauty each contains,
the mountains and the valleys,
the fertile lands and plains.

You made man in Your image,
because You loved him so.
The sun, the moon, the stars that shine,
upon us here below.

The little, furry creatures,
and the birds within the skies,
You loved us with eternal love,
. . the kind that never dies.

Each time we say, "Our Father",
we recall from whence we came.
All our thoughts and words and actions,
do we offer in Thy Name.

Let us give all that is in us,
never let us count the cost,
so that we may win back again,
. . Our paradise once lost!
