Good Morning, Folks!!

He chose to give us birth through the
Word of Truth, that we might be a kind of
firstfruits of all He created.
James 1:18

As I read this passage, I cannot help but
wonder if God pays more attention to the day we received
our salvation, than He does our birthdays. I believe the latter date
would be more important to Him, the day we are born into His
mighty Kingdom.
We cannot see the birthday party taking place on earth, but I can
just imagine the angels singing and rejoicing, as we enter into the family
of God. It has to be a glorious time.
We are all special to God, the firstfruits, His tithe to the world, sowing us,
so that we may go and multiply His Kingdom, to bring honor to Him.
He knows, as we are in our mother's wombs, exactly the plan He has for us.
I know that we, as humans, delay His plans a large part of the time, with our
simple knowledge and wisdom, and some never ever realize them.
As we seek Him, we continue to grow and become more in tune with His ways,
His concepts, and His will.
He looks down from on High, and knows exactly the precise time we are
to be promoted. We are in a constant state of proving ourselves to Him.
He already knows that which we can do, and it seems to take us forever to fathom.
How wonderful Our Father God is, such a loving and a patient Father.
Praise God today, for His blessings, and for your promotion.

Constancy

Never changing is God's love,
He is with us everywhere,
When we walk through valleys deep,
and on sunlit mountains fair.

We need never be alone,
When we're lost in dark despair,
We have but to breathe His name,
He's as near as whispered prayer.

What a blessed truth to know,
We can't drift beyond His care,
For never changing is God's love,
and He's with us everywhere.

Good Morning, Folks!!

Hear, O Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go
well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing
with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your fathers,
promised you.
Deuteronomy 6:3

Only by our faith, shall we see the promised land, the blessings,
which God has created for each of us.
As we walk in God's ways, we shall be blessed in His ways.
The spirit of doubt may creep in, at times whenever we feel weary,
but as we believe, we shall begin to praise, and glorify Him, so that the
blessings will manifest.
Trying times are made for faithful people, a people who continue
to believe, regardless of how the circumstances may seem.
God has better plans, deliverance plans,
and if we wait, we shall see His deliverance.
Don't give up hope. Our Father has promised, and Our Father
shall deliver.

Faith

I will not doubt, though all my ships at sea
come drifting home with broken masts and sails;
I shall believe the Hand which never fails,
from seeming evil worketh good to me;
And, though I weep because those sails
are battered,
Still will I cry, while my best hopes
lie shattered,
"I trust in Thee."

I will not doubt, though all my prayers
return
Unanswered from the still, white realm
above;
I shall believe it is an all-wise Love
Which has refused those things for
which I yearn;
And though, at times, I cannot keep from
grieving,
Yet the pure ardor of my fixed believing
undimmed, shall burn.

I will not doubt, though sorrows fall like rain,
And troubles swarm like bees about a hive;
I shall believe the heights for which I strive,
Are only reached by anguish and by pain;
And, though I groan and tremble with my
crosses,
I yet shall see, through my severest losses,
the greater gain.

I will not doubt; well anchored in the faith,
Like some staunch ship, my soul braves
every gale,
To breast the mighty, unknown sea of death.
Oh, may I cry when body parts with spirit,
"I do not doubt", so listening worlds may
hear it
with my last breath.

Good Morning, Folks!!

The Lord did not set His affection on you and choose you
because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you
were the fewest of all peoples.
Deuteronomy 7:7

The Lord has set His affections on us, just as He did Moses and Abraham.
He loves each of us the same.
Mighty men of faith, who have accomplished great feats, have simply
returned His love and obeyed.
We have been chosen by Our Father and
as He chose us, He redeemed us from the
bondage of the kings of the world and all
who would rule over us. We have been set
free.
His covenant of love protects us, guards us, defends us,
and empowers us.
We walk in favor because we are His.
If you are feeling down in spirit, the best place to go is
into the Book of Deuteronomy. His covenant of love and peace is written
throughout and will uplift you.
God is so loving, so caring for His people.
How can we not love Him, in return?
Praise Our faithful God.

Dear Father,
There are many ways to express my love
for You, and I pray, in the name of Jesus,
that You will help me learn even more.
I want to please You and follow Your
commands. I want to share Your love with
others, and, sometimes, I seem to fail to
understand the depth of Your great love.
I know, Father, that I cannot ever
match Your love, but empower me to
love myself, to love others, and to love
You, with a faithful love, and with a
love that is whole.
Teach me Your loving ways, and help
me to walk in the spirit of love,
every day.
In the name of Jesus, I ask these things,
giving You all praise, honor, thanks,
and the glory, Amen

Good Morning, Folks!!

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
a people belonging to God, that you may declare the
praises of Him Who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.
I Peter 2:9

As God has called us, He has ordained us in His royal ministry,
with a specific purpose to fulfill, a vessel to be poured forth.
We are a chosen people, hand picked by Him, so that we may
walk in His light, in His wisdom, and in His power.
Our eyes must remain focused upon Him,
His direction. We cannot function in His light, in His purpose,
if we walk along, and our attention is drawn to the things from
whence we were delivered from. Our minds must remain with Him.
He has anointed us, equipped us with
a special purpose, and given us all that we need, to accomplish
that purpose. Nobody has that power, except God.
If you feel your feet slipping from the path, straighten yourself up
and keep on moving straight ahead, focused straight ahead upon
Our Royal Master, in Whose perfection we can partake of. Praise God.
© Sandra Lewis Pringle

Dear Father,
If I have disappointed You today,
and hindered my own purpose,
please forgive me, and help me,
to walk in Your shining light.

Lead me out of the darkness,
into the pathway which beams with
Your wisdom, and give me strength
and sustenance to move on, to move
ahead, and to move forward.

Father, remove the spirit of discouragement,
which may be awaiting me,
and give me Your strong foundation
to lean on, in those times that I may
feel weakened.
Gird me up with Your strength,
guide me with Your love,
and teach me by Your wisdom,
each and every day, of the
purpose, the plans which You have
made just for me.
In the name of Jesus, I pray, trust,
and thank You, Father.
Amen.

Good Morning, Folks!!!

We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit
who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us.
I Corinthians 2:12

For those who have drifted from God's Word, from His ways,
and caught in the world, it is easy to believe that they no longer can
commune with God, can be accepted just as they are without condemnation,
or that they will ever be able to fit in with God's plan.
Of course, none of these conclusions are true and the grace of God's love
is clearly able to cover all the past, forget the past,
and bring each one into His fold, into His perfect plan, right now, from wherever
they are.
He can pick you up from wherever you may be, dust you off, and set you
absolutely free from the guilt racked pain, and misunderstanding which the world gives.
Let His love cover you today; bring you closer to Him, and fix your focus upon
His ability to make things new, and trust Him
with all your heart.
No matter how far away you have roamed, He hears your call.

A Long Way from Home

When you are a long, long way from home,
and the light in your heart has gone out,
Remember that God is there with you,
Deep in the shadows of each doubt.

He walks along in the valleys of grief,
He listens to your every prayer,
No matter how big your troubles are,
God is the One Who is always there.

He is the Star that is guiding you,
No matter how far your feet may roam,
His angels always keep you walking,
in the safe path to guide you back home!
