Good Morning, Folks!!

But Moses said to God, "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?"
And God said, "I will be with you." . . .
Exodus 3:11-12

Whenever a dream is placed into our hearts, an insight, as to something which God is leading us to do, we may question and wonder at our ability.
Whenever the desire for that vision becomes so strong, and the need increases, I think that is when God moves, and brings them to fruition, to that moment of birthing. He will keep that dream in your heart, allowing you small glimpses, to keep
it alive, to keep it fresh in your mind.
We may not know the full effect a vision would have on others, or what all God has planned, but we do know, whenever something is revealed to us, to hold it, to nourish, and to keep safe, until the nesting time is done. It is sacred.
Such a precious treasure a dream is. Hold onto yours every day. Don't let it go. It will be magnificent.

A Hidden Treasure

There's a hidden treasure,
locked deeply inside my heart;
It's been planted by the Holy Spirit,
and so, I wait for its wondrous start.

This treasure is a mission,
and it belongs to me.
I can't wait for God to open it,
to give me the key.

I know that it will flourish into a blessing,
so much more than I could fathom,
I've cherished and held it close,
until He grants the provision.

As long as I carry it close,
guard it and nurture it with prayer,
I know that it will spring into being,
whenever the fruit begins to bear.

Good Morning, Folks!!

For He will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways . . . .
Psalm 91:11

A reader wrote to me this week, describing an incredible accident during the Labor Day weekend, which could have
been not only disastrous, but fatal. She and her husband both came out alive and well.
As she related this story to me, it reminded me once more, of how God protects us, and guards those whose hearts are turned to Him.
Nothing else can bring the peace which He does, knowing that we are in the shadow of His wings.
May He watch over you and yours today, in all things.
His protection is more than for our bodies, but includes our relationships, our finances, our minds, as well. He concerns Himself with all aspects of our lives, if only we allow Him.

The Most High

I dwell safely in the shelter of
the Most High God;
the One Who guards me and guides me,
in all the ways I trod.

Surely, He saves us,
from the pestilence and the snares.
Only He has the Omniscient love,
and shows us daily, how very much He cares.

He covers us with His feathers,
He wraps us underneath His wings;
He protects us from all evil,
and all the troubles it brings.

Oh, such a Mighty Most High God;
the One Whom we so adore.
He commands His angels to guard us,
from harm, and so much more.

Good Morning, Folks!!

I have commanded My Holy ones; I have summoned My warriors to carry out My wrath, those who rejoice in My triumph.
Isaiah 13:3

We are hearing of many uproars in the nations today, but we have to keep our faith that God is in the heat of the battle.
He is still Sovereign in all the world, and His perfect will shall sustain us, sustain the world.
We can fight terrorism, evil on the homefront by continuing to pray for those who are in darkness, who do not know Him, and by lifting all those up who are in the battle, fighting for Our Lord.

Dear Father,
As we look upon the destruction of the
lands, of the people, we ask that Your mighty will be done, upon the earth.
We ask, Father, that You reach down from
on High, and set us high upon a rock,
from the attacks of the enemy.
Father, bless and strengthen Your warriors,
and may they triumph over evil, in every
arena.
Father, bless every nation, and bless America,
as we also strive to keep Your name Sovereign, in our own land.
In the name of Jesus, we pray, trust, and
believe, and give You all praise,
Amen.

Good Morning, Folks!!

But thanks be to God! He gives us the
victory through Our Lord Jesus Christ.
I Corinthians 15:57

As trials begin to increase, and our faith begins to falter, it is time to search out the Word of God, and find those times that His power overcame.
As we have received of His Spirit, we, too, are victors.
There are no troubles that God cannot overpower, or which can overpower God.
Just as surely as Jesus Christ rose from His tomb, so did we, as well. We are not defeated. We have been granted that victory power, and if we can lay ahold of it, and claim it, and use it, we will see the troubles diminish, and resolve.
It is a matter of calling upon Him, and pleading our case. We have to defend ourselves, because the enemy certainly isn't going to. Give the Lord the facts, and see how He resolves the matter.
We have to release our faith to Him, just as the little birds do, every time they stretch their little wings to fly. They fly in faith, and so can we.
Nothing is sweeter than a victory through Him. Praise God.

Nothing Is Too Difficult

When I am in despair,
and cares weigh heavy on my mind,
and my problems overwhelm me,
Their solutions I can't find;

When it all seems so impossible,
the way, I just can't see,
A song springs from my spirit,
"Nothing's Too Difficult for Thee".

It is then I am reminded,
of God's awesomeness and power,
How He formed the hills and mountains
and made each and every flower.

How He makes the sun both rise and set,
and causes birds to fly,
and puts the sparkles in the stars,
all this for you and I.

It's when I stop and think of these
and sing my spirit's song,
I know that there is Hope,
and I will surely get along.

For my troubles and despair are small,
compared to feats as these,
And they are not too difficult,
for One as such as He.

No, there's nothing that's too difficult,
that God can't surely do,
In your times of care and great despair,
it's God Who'll see you through.

We can applaud Polk County, Florida. They took a vote and have installed a monument INSIDE their courthouse of the Ten Commandments. Praise God! Let's challenge every county to do so.

Good Morning, Folks!!!

"Why do you ask Me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One Who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments."
Matthew 19:17

Being obedient with the Commandments not only directs us into the pathway of good, but also into the pathway of life itself.
We might think that life without God is ok, but somewhere along the way, a situation will present itself that only God can resolve.
If we don't know Him, He certainly doesn't know us. At that critical moment in your life, no one else will do.
Praise God for His goodness.

Remember, O Lord, what has
happened to us;
Look upon us and see our shame,
our disgrace.
Lead us, Father, into Your Way,
and may we see compassion upon
Your face.

It may look as if things are hopeless;
and we may even be in dismay;
but, God, in all of His glory and power,
is able to save the day.

We may be weary,
we may have no rest,
and our enemies may be close at our heels.
But, Father, You are the Savior,
The Rock we lean on,
and Your power alone, can make
the tempests still.

Give us a heart for You, O Lord,
may our hearts seek You each morn',
And may we be arrayed in Your robe
of righteousness,
and with splendor be adorned.

We love You and thank You, Father,
Amen.
