Your rulers are rebels, companions of thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow's case does not come before them.

As never before, God's people should be reading from the book of Isaiah. It is a time of concern for our nation, our people, our future.
It does seem that we have allowed America to be turned into a harlot, without shame.
But, it is not too late for America, as God is Sovereign, and His people can take the land back, and restore it to its proper
blessing.
Let us all pray for America today. I have such a heaviness for our beloved nation. She has been good to so many, who have, in turn, only given her up for glitter and gold.
Let us pray.
Dear Father,
As a nation of believers, we come to You today,
with thanks, and with praise,
that You have granted us freedoms
in the most blessed land of all.
Father, we have so often taken for granted,
all the blessings which You have bestowed
upon her, and upon us, as her people.
Father, help us to restore our land and to defend
her, for the sake of Your righteousness.
Father, let us begin to stand up for Your
honor, and Your diety, in this nation of ours.
Father, let us not sell ourselves short, or You,
for the sake of greed, idolatry, and
complacency.
Restore and revive each Christian heart in this
nation, to be stirred, and to move against those
things, which we know are not true, are not
desirable, are not worthy.
Forgive us, Your people, Father,
for inaction, whenever we see and know that
things are not right, in the high places.
Father, with Your help we can do this,
and we ask for Your strength in each of us to rise,
to take back our country,
to restore its Christian culture and heritage,
and for Your power,
that we may, indeed,
soar on wings, as the eagles.
In the name of Jesus,
we pray, trust, and believe, Father,
giving You all praise, all honor,
all thanks and glory, in our land, for our land.

Prayer Requests:
Mrs. Weinberg - has been very distant from her grandchildren over the years; pray for healing in relationships, restoration of
love and devotion; grandchildren are needing her.
Jane - in need of prayers for health; revival of finances, all needs to be met.
Sue - awaiting news of CT scan report, more tests on Monday.
Pray for good reports, speedy healing for pain in stomach area.
Sarah, 8 years old - rushed to hospital with pain in stomach, and vomiting.
Joyce - foot is not healing from past surgery, may require more surgery. Pray for healing.
Lily Grace, infant - please remember Lily Grace in prayers this week, she is still fighting for her life; doctors have given up on her, but we are claiming the power of God.
Military troops - safety, security in all areas of duty, in all travels.
Pray for intelligence to increase in the Fallujah area, for favor for
our people.
Peace in Jerusalem, all of Middle East.
Pray for the messages of God's love to overpower all the messages of hatred being spilled in the world; for the lost, the hurting and the confused to receive spiritual sight and hearing of
God's Word.
Pray for America, for more Christian candidates, for those who are holding offices, to receive the truth of God's Word.
