Good Morning, Folks!!

Welcome to March!

Then all of you came to me and said, "Let us send men ahead to spy out the land for us and bring back a report about the route we are to take and the towns we will come to."
Deuteronomy 1:22

The enemy is adept at deceiving us. We know that he thrives in doing so.
But, not only is he able to deceive, he throws in a touch of exaggeration, as well.
The very moment that these people came to Moses, and encouraged him to send spies out, instead of proceeding ahead to the land, as God had instructed, the enemy got
busy.
He wanted to place fear into these people, and so they saw these giants of men, and immediately, decided that they were defeated. It only took one look, to instill unbelief.
That was the problem. They looked with their natural eyes at the problem.
Like the Israelites, we, too, sometimes are prone to forget and look at the problem with our natural eyes, forgetting that God has promised, us, as well, that He will go before us, to fight for us.
We must remember God's promises, and keep our eyes upon His Word, rather than how things may seem.
The enemy still is prowling, ready to enlarge that molehill and turn it into a mountain. Don't let him trap you with faulty vision.

In GOD We Trust.

The Windows of Promise

It is through the windows of Promise,
that I must cast my eyes upon,
and not rely upon the whispers,
which seem unbelief, to spawn.

I look out to the windows of my Master,
my eyes, full of faith.
He, Only, is able to deliver,
and save me from those things
which seem to be so overwhelmingly great.

He is able, unlike any other,
to send His sufficient grace,
and it is through the windows of His Promise,
the challenges I will triumphantly face.
