Many unsurmountable problems, gathered together at the same time, can certainly seem overwhelming.
But, if we remember God's promise, and surrender all to Him, He is able to sustain us, while sending forth His peace.
Regardless of age, circumstances, or physical condition, God is able to break through.
He has promised to sustain us, and, He will do so!
Suicidal thoughts come from the enemy and may offer an easy way out, but we are all God's children, and His love is with us, always, if we just accept Him.
Know that no problem is larger than He is, and that He has accesible power, through prayer, which is beyond all others, to dispel all the hurting, all of the pain, all the strife and uncertainty.
Many, daily, face news of unfavorable medical reports, layoffs, disappointments, and failures, each and every day.
Life is worth living and it is worth giving to others, all that you can be!
Allow the One Who created the thunder control Your storms!

While the outcome of Today is usually determined by the choices we make as we rise, the mood of Tomorrow will be affected by whatever we choose to carry into it from Today.
We must discipline ourselves to make the right choices, not only hour by hour, but minute by minute.
In moments of anger, emotional upheaval, our decisions need to be weighed carefully.
To give in to such feelings, will bring judgments that are made in error.
A time set aside, to cool down and thoroughly assess the situation, to pray for clarity, will bring about godly direction, and godly answers.
One particular day may not seem so important, but years down the road, it may be considered a stepping stone into the right direction, or a it will be a stumbling block.
Weighing things, in light of God's Word, having His wisdom to discern decisions, is the best path to take, and always, the right path to take.
Life is too short to dwell on my sorrows, to harbour my grudges in bitter tomorrows.
Life is too short to dwell on my pain, to play and replay some vengeful refrain.
Life is too sweet to waste precious minutes, in nursing resentments, self-righteousness in it.
Then, let me not dwell on life's sorrow and sadness, O Lord, let me think of life's blessings, with gladness.

Trusting in God is not only a requirement in our journeys, but is an essential.
Whether it is a family problem, a physical problem, or a financial problem is immaterial to Him, as He is the Alpha and the Omega of all things.
A confident Christian has learned how to lay down a burden at the foot of the Cross and is able to continue on, trusting and believing it has been taken care of, in the most perfect way imaginable.
The Master is more than able to consider the problem, weigh and examine each heart involved, and then He looks past today, past tomorrow, into all the tomorrows which are yet to come.
There is no reason to question His ability, or His Word!
If you are having problems with finances, trust Him to take your tithes and offerings, to multiply those seeds, and to return the harvest from which they yield.
Our seeds have to be given to Him; they have to be sown, in order to grow, and they should be sown with a generous attitude and spirit.
God loves those who give generously, with a loving heart, with loving intentions.
If an opportunity comes today, for a seed to be sown, do not allow it pass you by.
A seed of time, a seed of love, a seed of thankfulness, all are needed.
If you are having a problem trusting Him, look deep inside yourself and answer the question:
"Why?"
That answer will be found inside of you!
The Faithful One remains faithful always, and has promised to do so, until the end of the Age, everlastingly.
God did not tell me, Only roses would grow, That I'd find no sorrow, On the path I must go.
But He promised to be there, each step of the way, Providing a way to escape, The temptations each day.
His grace is all sufficient, Daily to see me through. He'll help me to conquer, And be victorious, too.

Many are walking around in the world today, who do not know they need a Savior.
There are those who are mistreating others, who manipulate, and continue to live life as victims, unrealizing that they, themselves, are creating the very existence that they find themselves in.
They think, mistakenly, that they are able to run their own lives, and expect the results to be divine.
But, without God intervening, planning, and moving, lives don't end up with His blessings, His love, His forgiveness.
Each and every one needs forgiveness, and we must seek it, in this life, from God, no other!
We all were born into a sinful nature, and in need of a relationship with Jesus Christ, Who was sent upon the earth to become the Reconciliation between God and man.
One can have all the friends in the world, all the money in the world, all the possessions in the world, but unless they have a close relationship with our Maker, everything they touch seems to go the wrong way, leaving behind a trail of tears, and unhappiness, a life of failure.
Next thing we know, they are involving a whole array of helpers into their dramas, those who will fall prey to the pity seekers.
There comes a time in life, after all the running away from God, that the brick wall will come!
Count on it!
God will see to it, sooner or later, that only He can be the Answer, the Solution, their only Refuge!
Many are dying daily who never knew Him, never sought Him, never realized that He was the missing link to make things whole in life.
They have become so filled with the "god" of themselves, so filled with pride, that they think nothing can be improved, that all is hopeless.
This is the lie which the enemy purports upon those who choose to live in hopelessness, and in despair.
It is a sad, sad way to live, that of walking in darkness, and sad that they know no better, and wish to know no better, whose hearts have become stone.
There is a life we are all able to live, with God by our side, and the longer we walk with Him, the deeper the relationship grows!
Each day that we miss, is a day lost of new wisdom, new strength, new revelation, and greater peace in life.
I thank You, God, for loving me so, in spite of wrongs I do. You always have been there for me when I have called on You.
I count my blessings one by one and see Your kindness there. Though I ofttimes fail to thank You, midst rush of daily care.
Help me, dear God, to measure up, whatever is life's test, to always strive to do what's right and give to You, my very best.
Within my heart it's my desire to walk with You, each day ... to know Your dear companionship each step along the way.
For bleak and dark would be my life without Your love and grace. And, oh, the joy to know someday I'll see You face to face.
