Abide With Me
Abide with me, Dear Jesus,
until I learn Your way.
Keep me in Your loving care,
and gently lead me through this day.
Each day, and every hour,
I commit myself to You.
I am forever grateful,
for all that You have seen me through.
The road has not been easy;
In fact, it's been a little rough,
but walking with You, has made me,
bold, confident, and tough.
I know the Holy Spirit guides me,
as I travel along Life's Way.
The paths I have traveled were troubled,
so I have learned to pray.
O, abide with me, Dear Jesus;
take ahold of my right hand.
I believe that, in due season,
I will be able to stand.
