Dear Father,
Too often, I grumble,
and without thinking, I complain.
At times, for just a moment,
I have forgotten,
the power of Thy Name.
Whenever I'm trapped in darkness,
without answers in sight,
my complaining must remind You,
of the Israelites.
Father,
I know that You've always provided for me,
in the many trials and storms of the past.
I know that Your faithfulness is renewed each morning,
and will forever last.
Help me, Father,
to look at my problems through the eyes of a trusting child,
and to quickly call upon You,
whenever the burden becomes too heavy,
and the beasts grow wild.
Your hand can part the waters,
so that I can make my way through.
Oh, Father!
Without You,
whatever would I do?
